Registration
fees include tuition, conference materials, continental breakfast, lunch
and breaks and the MSMR Annual Reception & Dinner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made on or before May 1, 2007 -- there will be
no refunds after this date.
Cancellation deadline dates are as follows:
April 2, 2007 – April 16, 2007: A $125.00 late cancellation processing
fee is applied to your registration order. We will refund any payments
made to your registration order minus the $125 processing fee.
April 17, 2007 - May 1, 2007: A $200.00 late cancellation processing
fee is applied to your registration order. We will refund any payments
made to your registration order minus the $200 processing fee.
After May 1, 2007: No refunds will be issued.
